The glass school in Valašské Meziříčí is represented at this year's IGS by student Michal Bekárek. Under the guidance of the great glassblower and artist Josef Divín, he devotes himself to the hot shaping and blowing glass. As a high school student, he is still gaining experience in the art world, so we are honored to give him the opportunity at an international symposium.

Od roku 2020 se účastnil 15 výstav v tuzemsku i zahraničí. / Since 2020, he has participated in 15 exhibitions in the country and abroad.

V roce 2023 a v roce 2024 obdržel cenu oboru Sklářské školy ve Valašském Meziříčí. / In 2023 and 2024, he received the prize of the Glass School in Valašské Meziříčí.
